INFORMATION ON THE ONLINE SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 14 PARA. 1 OF THE ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION REGULATION (ODR-VO):
The EU commission offers the opportunity to settle disputes online on one of the platforms that they run (the so-called “ODR-Platform”). The ODR-Platform can serve as a point of contact for the out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to online purchases of goods and services. This platform can be reached via the external link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
